This past weekend Parker and I ventured over to the great state of Georgia to visit Aunt Fav and cousins. Immediately upon our arrival we were shown the 9 baby chicks that they are raising. Parker was unsure of them at first, but quickly warmed up to them.
I believe the chick in the picture is named Rosemary. All of their chickens are named after herbs and spices. Come fall they should have a plethora of eggs, which we are excited about and hopefully will be able to enjoy as well!
We had a lovely time relaxing and doing lots of exploring and hiking. Thanks for having us and we look forward to our next visit! And yes, Leighton Day we can go to the Zoo!
