Yesterday afternoon I received a phone call from my friend Olivia. She wanted to know if I would skip running and go to Athens, Al and do a wine and paint. I told her I would, but to keep in mind that I am
NOT an
Artist. I have never painted in my life. I don't even think I would be good at paint by number. It did not help matters that Ben mentioned to me that he was
surprised that I was going to do this class, because he really did not see me enjoying this activity
AT ALL.
Boy was he wrong.
This is me in action. Doing much better than I could have ever imagined.
Look at the finish product. Olivia and I definitely had the
BEST pictures in the class.
I must admit, I did sweat through most of the class
because I was so nervous that I was going to screw up. Pretty impressed with myself though. Anyone want me to paint them a picture??

Looks good from my daughter who drew Jesus as a stick figure in Middle School. I couldn't do that.
