First weekend of Spring

We could not have had a more beautiful spring weekend. Ben and I did much needed yard work. We even had time to sit on our back porch and enjoy the beautiful weather. Pippa, definitely enjoyed the gorgeous weather. She played all weekend outside chasing squirrels and birds.

I finally snapped a photo of Pippa pointing. Although it is not the "perfect" point, she still looks beautiful. Pippa is obsessed with chasing squirels. She does not like them in her yard.

My friend Olivia so kindly gave me this fun Spring wreath. Ben is not a big fan, but I think it is fun and gives the front of the house some color.


The beginings of Spring going on at the Algie/Wilson house. I spent all day Saturday pulling weeds, while Ben mowed, seeded, de-weeded (I made that word up, I think) and watered the yard.

My Long Leg Beauty.

Today is Pippa Lou day. No special reason for it. Just wanted to post pictures of my beauty. My long leg beauty. Pippa destroys every toy she receives.
Sometimes she pretends that she is Santa Claus with the stuffing she pulls out of her toys.
She is also my doll. I like to dress her up at times.

She really likes it, I promise ;)

Silly Dogs

For some odd reason, my 55lb dog likes to sleep in the 10lb dog bed that belongs to Oscar. Never fails either. When Oscar is around, Pippa will kick Oscar out of his bed so she can curl up in it. Below is the evidence.

Notice how Oscar is forced to sleep in Pippa's very large bed. Poor dog, Pippa even stole his covers.

This picture gives a better view of actually how small the dog bed is. Her butt hangs over the bed. She is one Silly Dog.
