Happy Mardi Gras, Fat Tuesday, Shrove Tuesday, etc. I hope that everyone has had a wonderful Carnival Season. Ben and I had our own celebrations this past weekend. We hosted a Mardi Gras party at our house. Plenty of Jambalaya, Red Beans & Rice, yummy King Cake, Hurricanes and Music. I am ashamed to admit that I did not have any beads to give to my guests. Next year, I will be better prepared.
