I am proud to say that I have officially ran the furthest I have ever run on Saturday. 14 miles!!!! That is two 10ks plus 2 miles. What a huge accomplishment for me. I will admit thought that the first 6 miles were miserable. After that I guess I got my groove and things went smoothly.
Got to love those shot blocks. Those bad boys gave me the energy I needed to complete the 14 miles.
